1.       TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Watch “FOX Fort Wayne News First at 10” & “Two & a Half Men” on WFFT FOX FORT WAYNE, weeknights at 10pm and 10:35pm from May 25^th through June 10^th, 2009 for the “NASCAR Driver of the Night.”  Then listen for the cue to call on FM 100 Talks (WNUY-FM 100.1FM) the next business day for your chance to win.

 

2.       WINNER SELECTION:  FM 100 Talks will have a cue to call during the day.  At that time, two (2) winners will be selected and given tickets to one of the racing events at the Michigan International Speedway the weekend of June 12-June 14.

3.       PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 

a.       Five (5) pairs of tickets to the “Life Lock 400” Sprint Cup Race, including a Pit Pass on Sunday, June 14th.  The value is $252. 

b.       Ten (10) pairs of tickets to the “NASCAR Camping World Truck Series” on Saturday, June 13th.  The value is $80.

c.        Ten (10) pairs of tickets to the “ARCA RE/MAX Series” on Friday, June 12^th.  The value is $30.

4.       ELIGIBILITY:  This contest is open to all legal residents of Indiana and Ohio 18 years of age or older.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  All applicable taxes are sole responsibility of the winner.  Employees and directors of WFFT-TV/Nexstar Broadcasting, WNUY-FM 100.1/Independence Media, & Competitive Ft. Wayne media outlets, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, video distributors and retailers, their advertising and promotions agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are not eligible.  Void where prohibited by law.  No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.  All federal, state and local laws apply.  Odds of winning depends on the number of phone calls received. 

5.       GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Winners will be required to pickup prize in person at the FM 100 Talks Studios (

), and sign a Prize Acceptance form within 4 business days of notification.  For tickets won June 8 through June 10, winners must pick them up within 2 business days.  Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, will result in prize forfeiture and prize will become property of FM 100 Talks WNUY-FM, who may or may not choose an alternate winner.  Acceptance of this prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.  No substitution will be made on any prize unless at the discretion of the sponsor who may substitute prizes of greater or comparable value.  Limit one prize per person/family/household.  Winner agrees that WFFT-TV/Nexstar Broadcasting, WNUY-FM, participating retailers, their advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner, for any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person, including death, and property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this contest.  WFFT-TV & WNUY-FM reserves the right to use the name, portrait, picture, hometown name and/or voice of the winners for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
