2.       CONTEST DATES:  The Kickoff Payoff Contest for 2008 shall begin with the 3^rd game of the regular NFL season, which is September 21, 2008 and end with the last game of the 2008 NFL regular season on December 28, 2008.

3.       WINNER SELECTION:  Every Friday during the contest period, WFFT-TV will collect all correctly filled out entry forms from our website. Every correctly filled out entry form will be part of 1 drawing, and one drawing only per week.  We will then randomly select 7 entries to compete for the 4 different “Kickoff Payoff Challenges” as outlined below:

·          “Kickoff Payoff” – If the opening kickoff of the Kickoff Payoff game of the week is returned for a touchdown then the randomly drawn contestant for that week will win a 2009 Pontiac Vibe from Tom Kelley Buick Pontiac GMC. The value of this prize is $18,000. The winner will be responsible for tax and title fees associated with the new car purchase. Only the first-half kickoff of a designated game will be eligible. A touchdown scored by the kicking team on the opening kickoff is ineligible and will not constitute the awarding of said prize. A successful kickoff return is counted as an official play. A kickoff return nullified by a penalty will be ineligible. A re-kick, due to either a penalty by the kicking team or a kickoff that goes out of bounds, will be eligible for the prize. There will be a maximum of 2 prizes awarded for this challenge. Upon awarding the 2^nd prize, this challenge will no longer be a part of the contest. There will be a maximum of one prize awarded per game for this challenge.

·          “Second Half Kickoff Payoff” – If the opening kickoff of the 2^nd half of the Kickoff Payoff game of the week is returned for a touchdown then the randomly drawn contestant for that week will win a 2009 Yamaha Grizzly 550 fuel-injected, 4 wheel drive ATV (your choice of colors blue, black and green). The value of this prize is $7,000. The winner will be responsible for tax and title fees associated with the ATV purchase. Only the second-half kickoff of a designated game will be eligible. A touchdown scored by the kicking team on the opening kickoff is ineligible and will not constitute the awarding of said prize. A successful kickoff return is counted as an official play. A kickoff return nullified by a penalty will be ineligible. A re-kick, due to either a penalty by the kicking team or a kickoff that goes out of bounds, will be eligible for the prize. There will be a maximum of 2 prizes awarded for this challenge. Upon awarding the 2^nd prize, this challenge will no longer be a part of the contest. There will be a maximum of one prize awarded per game for this challenge.

·          “Field Goal Challenge” – For this challenge we will randomly pick 1 contestant per quarter. If there is a field goal scored by either team in the contestant’s quarter, the contestant will receive a Medium Specialty Pizza (up to 3 toppings or specialty) from Pizza Hut per field goal in that quarter. 

·          “Interception Return For A TD Challenge” – For this challenge, we will randomly select one person’s name for each designated game.  If either team returns an interception for a Touchdown, the contestant will receive a $25 Gift Certificate from McVan’s Video Games.  There will be a maximum of one prize per game awarded.

·          “Punt Return For A TD Challenge” – For this challenge, we will randomly select one person’s name for each designated game.  If either team returns a Punt for a Touchdown, the contestant will receive a $25 Gift Certificate from McVan’s Video Games.  There will be a maximum of one prize per game awarded.

·          “Satisfy Your Halftime Hunger” – WFFT-TV will choose one winner per week of a $5 Subway Gift Card.  There is no qualifying challenge that has to be completed to win this prize.  Only one winner per household will be eligible to win this prize for the 2008 season.

4.       ELIGIBILITY:  This contest is open to all legal residents of Indiana and Ohio 18 years or older.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Employees and directors of WFFT-TV/Nexstar Broadcasting, Tom Kelley Buick Pontiac GMC, R&D Motorsports, Pizza Hut, McVan’s Video Games, and Subway; and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, video distributors and retailers, their advertising and promotions agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representative and agents are not eligible.  No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.  All federal, state and local laws apply.  Odds of winning a prize depend of the total number of entries per week.

5.       GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Winners will be required to pickup prize in person at WFFT-TV. Winners will be required to provide a photo ID that includes their date of birth.  Winners will also be required to sign a Prize Acceptance form when picking up their prize. Failure to provide proper identification and/or date of birth, failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, will result in prize forfeiture and prize will become property of WFFT-TV, who may or may not choose an alternate winner.  Acceptance of this prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.  No substitution will be made on any prize unless at the discretion of the sponsor who may substitute prizes of greater or comparable value.  Except for the “Field Goal Challenge,” limit one prize per person/family/household.  Winner agrees that WFFT-TV/Nexstar Broadcasting, participating retailers, their advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner (and if winner is a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian), for any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person, including death, and property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this contest. Where lawful, winners consent to the use of his/her name, portrait, picture, hometown name and/or voice for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. WFFT-TV/Nexstar Broadcasting and participating sponsors are not responsible for additional cost associated with the automobile or ATV, including but not limited to damage, taxes or insurance cost. WFFT-TV reserves the right to change these official contest rules at any time. Any changes made will be added to the official contest rules and made available to the public.
