About Moe's:
This is the story of a man who woke up one morning with a song stuck in his head. A classic tune about feeling good, sharing the love and doing your own thing. His “thing” happened to be food. Southwestern fare, with a special appreciation for the form and function of a tortilla. He experimented with fresh ingredients and had an appropriate name for each creation. He opened a restaurant, and made it known loud and clear that no matter how many times a day he had to say it, everyone who came through the door would feel welcome. And if you stuck around long enough, you’d probably hear that song that helped make a man, a legend.
Our Menu:
The Moe’s experience centers on welcoming your hunger and then satisfying it. The staff lets out a hearty “Welcome to Moe’s!” when you walk in. The smell of cooking wafts out from the grill and the steam from the tortillas confirms you’re next. And within minutes, the first bite—grilled steak, marinated chicken, fresh guacamole and salsa.
Something you won’t see is our food sitting under a heat lamp. Every meal is prepared specifically for you. Add a little more steak on your quesadilla, tell us to go easy on the cheese. You hold the burrito power. Choose between black or pinto beans, or a combination of both. Help us, help you.
If you don’t know what John Coctostan or Billy Barou is referring to, you may want to seriously reconsider which movies you’re watching. Our menu is a pop-culture bonanza of Moe’s favorite things. Don’t worry, when you order a “Joey Bag of Donuts,” you’re not going to get a burrito filled with donuts. That would be ridiculous. On second thought, maybe that isn’t such a crazy idea after all…
