We are family owned and operated by Steve and Dee, who met at Trane Company in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, over thirty years ago. Our experienced, well-trained, licensed technicians are able to meet your family’s comfort needs and are the kind of people you will be happy to welcome into your home.

Sheets is proud to be a Trane Comfort Specialist and we’ve confident enough in our engineering designs, installation competence and high quality products that we offer our “Peace Of Mind Guarantee” to our customers, assuring you of the very best in value and comfort for your money. If you should be lucky enough to need a new furnace, our estimates are always free, and we’ll be happy to give you a second opinion, also free of charge, if someone has told you your furnace or air conditioner needs to be replaced. To make your investment as affordable as possible, we offer financing (up to 6 months same as cash) and accept all major credit cards. Often times the money saved on fuel costs will cover the monthly payment of a new system.

Our office is open 8am -  5pm Monday through Friday and we are located across from St. Francis University on the southwest side of Ft. Wayne.
