Friends, family, and community members are mourning the death of Bishop John D'Arcy.

D'Arcy passed away yesterday at age 80 after a battle with brain and lung cancer.

He served as bishop of the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese for nearly 25 years.
Today, D'Arcy's sister, Sister Anne D'Arcy, sat down with WFFT to share memories of his life.

A funeral for Bishop D'Arcy will be held this Friday at noon at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Fort Wayne.
