Notre Dame Men's Soccer To Hold Skills Clinic

NOTRE DAME, Ind. - The University of Notre Dame men's soccer team and coaching staff will conduct a skills clinic Tuesday, Feb. 19 at the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in South Bend. The event will take place from 6:30-7:30 p.m. (ET).

 

The clinic is open to boys and girls in the eighth grade and below. There is no charge for Kroc Center members and a $5 fee for non-members. The clinic will feature the nationally-ranked and 2012 BIG EAST champion Notre Dame men's soccer team and coaching staff.

 

To reserve your spot, call the Kroc Center welcome desk at 574-233-9471 or the Notre Dame men's soccer office at 574-631-3383. Space is limited so people wishing to attend are strongly encouraged to sign up as soon as possible.

 

The Kroc Center is located at 900 West Western Ave. in South Bend.

The IPFW women's softball team are headed to the NCAA tournament after beating South Dakota state 7 to 4 today.

Infielder Ashley Bousquet also became IPFW's all time softball hits leader and head coach Amy Tudor became the winngiest coach in program history.

Fort Wayne, IN --- Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry today presented legendary Fort Wayne Komets broadcaster Bob Chase with a "Key to the Fort" award at a ceremony in the Mayor's office.

Family, friends, and representatives from the Fort Wayne Komets and WOWO Radio attended today's event.
