I&M Crews Reflect on Sandy Help

One I &M worker is sharing some of those memorable experiences on the East Coast with WFFT.

The crew restored power to hundreds of thousands of people. They worked 16 hours days while fighting the elements and now they are back, with no injuries. The crews were stationed in West Virginia and Virginia. A job that would take 4 hours in Indiana took double the time there. At times, workers had to climb mountains with utility poles.
