Prosecutor: No Charges for Lindsay

The Allen County Prosecutor's Office says it will not be charging former Bishop Luer's head coach Matt Lindsay. The announcement comes after a months-long investigation into "inappropriate" pictures were found on his school computer.
In a statement, the county prosecutor's office says no illegal images were found during a forensic examination of Lindsay's work computer, and his personal computer could not be located.
The prosecutor's office says none of the images that were found during the investigation contained nudity, and all were taken in an area in which there was no "reasonable expectation of privacy."
The Fort Wayne-South Bend Catholic Diocese released the following statement in response to the announcement:
"The Diocese of Ft. Wayne - South Bend, in conjunction with Bishop Luers High School would like to extend our thanks to the Allen County Prosecutor's Office, as well as the Allen County Police Department for their professional and diligent handling of this matter."
