Three River Prep

It’s the second largest event in the state, and after a year of planning, its set-up day at Headwaters Park. This year, Three Rivers Festival organizers added a few new exhibits.
Mayumi Carboni, Executive Director of Three Rivers Festival says “A lot of Mobile tour units are coming including Texas on Tour.” Other exhibits include M&M’s MM’s, Walgreens Wellness, and Jet Fusion.
The Festival is offering an economy saver of its own. If you buy a festival button you will get a discount of a variety of things. Carboni says “This button will give you a lot of discounts throughout the festival. Not only downtown but also some of the affiliated events throughout town.”
Nearly 200 volunteers help make the festival possible. As always, highlights include live bands, carnival rides and the all famous food alley.
This is the 44th year of Three Rivers Festival. Three Rivers Festival runs from the tenth through the nineteenth. They expect around 400,000 people this year.
