Three Rivers Festival Parade Prep

   The Three Rivers Festival officially kicks off Saturday with the National City Parade.  It is scheduled to begin just before 10 a.m.    

   FOX Fort Wayne talked with a local volunteer who helped design and build the float for the University of Saint Francis.  Tune in to FOX Fort Wayne News First at Ten for that story.
