Last month, Tori Keys suffered a fractured skull and brain injuries after a line drive veered into the stands and struck her in the eye.
At the time, the Tincaps only offered her free tickets to the game, but on Wednesday, Keys told WFFT that the team's insurance company and Medicaid will cover the estimated $80 thousand in medical bills.
Keys says she will also be taking up the Tincaps' original offer for a free game later this month. She wants to bring her daughter back to the field to enjoy a full game.
