The Fort Wayne man says County officials need to look more closely at what happend that night.
Earlier this month, councilman moss was stopped by County Police and asked to take a Breathalyzer test. Moss later made a call to Sheriff Ken Fries and was released by officers shortly after.
Pease says the phone call may have violated county ethics laws.
"Councilman Moss is one of the council members who oversees a roughly $10 million budget for the Sheriff's Department and obviously Councilman Moss would have been very adversely affected career-wise had this turned into a legal situation resulting in arrest," said Pease.
The ethics committee will soon decide whether to move forward with the complaint. Neither the councilman nor the Sheriff have commented about the complaint
