Driver Injured After Crash into Huntington Home

A man is recovering at a Huntington hospital after he crashed into a home.
Around 2:30 Sunday morning, Huntington Police spotted a man driving erratically down First Street. When the officer turned on his lights, the man veered off the road, toward a house.
The car smashed into a pole and cut a large tree in half before coming to a stop in the front porch of a home on the 1200-block of First Street.
The driver was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. Police say they're not sure what caused the man to veer off the road, and did now know if alcohol or drugs played a factor.
