Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate John Gregg and his running mate Vi Simpson campaigned in Fort Wayne Thursday, unveiling a plan to strengthen Indiana's infrastructure.

They say their plan gives Indiana potential access to $3.5 Billion to spend on roads and bridges.
