THE CELEBRATION TURNED SOUR WHEN THE PARTY WAS CRASHED BY DISGRUNTLED FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE CHILD, ACCUSING THE GROUP OF BASHING THEM ON FACEBOOK. POLICE CAME AND BROKE UP THE FIGHT.
BABY ALISSA SUPPORTERS WOULD LIKE THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY JEFF REY WIBLE TO RE-OPEN THE CASE. THEY HAVE COLLECTED OVER 50,000 SIGNATURES ON A CHANGE-DOT-ORG PETITION, THEY'VE WRITTEN LETTERS AND THEY'VE MADE PHONE CALLS. SUPPORTERS MARCHED UP TO WIBLE'S OFFICE AND DELIVERED EVEN MORE SIGNED LETTERS AND PETITIONS TODAY.
ROBIN BINNER DROVE ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT FROM
THEY CALL THEMSELVES ALISSA'S ARMY, AND THEY SAY THEY WON'T REST UNTIL ALISSA HAS JUSTICE.

It sounds to me like someone in the media should be investigating Wible's track record and what else he's pulled along these lines...Why doesn't he want to open this case? What is he hiding...start rattling the closet i'm sure the skeletons will come out...this case isn't going to go away...

Hearing about children abused is always very sad, but when our government, who we depend on to do the right thing, dont do there jobs...it's just despicable!!! Jeff Wible's job is to protect the inocent and prosecute the guilty and he took to easy way out. THAT IS NOT JUSTICE FOR THIS LITTLE GIRL WHO WAS BEATEN AND TORTURED TO DEATH!!!! She deserves justice and she isnt recieving any!!! As far as the family, they should be ashamed of themselves for siding with a murderer and not a 16 month old who did not deserve to die. On top of that I read that Before she passed, the women in her care recieved two Hydrocodone perscriptions. However when they did a toxoligy report on her lifeless body she had none in her system. Sounds to me like they took it to get high instead of giving it to Alissa who was in severe pain!!! This whole story makes me sick and this little girl deserves her justice. Everyone sign the petition!!!! I did!!! Thank you Sherrell for bringing this sad story to the public! This little girl deserves to rest peacefully and I am affraid that she wont until something is done with her murderer.

I question the Uncle of Alissa who seems not to want to seek out maximum sentence on this person. Family member or not she still MURDERED a child and abused her until God intervened when man failed to save her to give her peace. Prosecutor Jeff Wible you should hand your head in shame and retire. I can not think of a worse thing you could be doing. This child deserves a voice and you sir are to be there as her voice and seeking justice for her. You have let her down and the people who loved her down. If I was able I would be sitting right in the middle of your desk until you HEARD what all of us have to say. Get up and DO something about this. This women does not deserve to be walking free let alone having children in her care. People in Iowa CARE mister Wible!

If Prosecutor Jeff Wible who stated that he will NOT reopen this case 'because no one in Indiana cares about it, tell him that the people in Sweden cares, and people all over the world cares! MY KIDS AND I DROVE IN FROM PEORIA ILLINOIS AND SPENT THE DAY WITH SOME WONDERFUL PEOPLE! WE ALL LEFT THERE WITH A NEW MEANING OF LOVE AND WHY WE MUST STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT. Thank you for airing this story! This case has been swept under the rug for far too long! How can such a monster do this to an innocent and defenseless child? On our watch her memory will not be in vein! When dealing with good and evil the good always prevails and I don't care if it takes 5 more years to get this done WE WILL get justice if 5 people are left standing in her fight! But I don't see that ever happening I think it's coming soon and they are afraid...you should be Judge VanDerbeck, Christy Shaffer, Prosecutor Wible, Dr. Egli, and everyone else hiding this cruel and disgusting CRIME!!!!!!!

Please be this baby's voice. she did not deserve this. why is it that some get life and others get 77 days? guess it depends on who you know! close your eyes and think about what this baby went through. she lost her daddy, then her mommy. think about how she felt never feeling loved. her hair pulled out. hitting. then theres the cut in her mouth. how was that even possible to be done? sounds like on purpose to me. think about how it feels just to bite your tounge, pain! well now imangine Alissa with a gash in the top of her mouth, also her little bottom gums. the pain she must have felt even to eat. her in pain from her broken arm. sure she cryed. did she get hugged like we do our childern when they get a boo boo. instead she only got hit more. It is such a sad day in u.s that our childern doesn't mean any more than a dog. people go to jail alot longer than 77 days for fighting dogs!(which is wrong to) but don't the childern mean more than that? i guess if your a friend of a judge you can get by with murder. come on people lets stand up and fight for justice on these childern! someday it could be your child or grand child your fighting for. who ever said a child had to be related for you to love? I just wish I knew what is going on with the Justice system in the world today, this should have been an Open shut case No fight needed. What a sad situation this is I Applaud Alissa's ARMY... Sad that this is even a fight... Equal justice is an American right, Alyssa was robbed of this! How can an autopsy state cause of death : Homicide and the DA dismiss it! Trial in a different town, different Judge. The time is now, Americas voice should resonate through this country and a swift answer to the cry for a fair trial is the only acceptable response.
