Craigslist Robbers Get 6-10 years

24 year-old Angel Hicks was sentenced to 10 years in prison with 4 years suspended for allegedly mastermind a robbery through craigslist. Her boyfriend, 26-year-old Jarmal Datcher was sentenced to 12 years last month. Two years were suspended from his sentence.
Court records say Hicks met up with a guy on craigslist, danced for him while casing his house. The next day she sent her boyfriend to rob the man.
Court papers say Datcher forced his way inside, holding the victim at gunpoint.
The victim told police he was "scared for his life and his heart was racing." He told police Datcher said " i want the money and i will not hurt you."
Records say Datcher spent an hour looking for money and credit cards but turned up empty-handed. He took the victims 2010 white Bmw and the victims checkbooks.
When police caught up with him a short time later, he confessed.

The BBB said they will not deter people from shopping on Craigslist but caution consumers about meeting up with strangers at your home.
