Armed Men Rob Six in 24 Hours

Fort Wayne Police are searching for the men responsible for a rash of armed robberies. In just under 24 hours, a half-dozen Fort Wayne residents were targeted at four apartment complexes.

All dix incidents happened between 11 o'clock Monday night and 9:30 Tuesday night. Police say either one or two armed, black males would approach the victim in the parking lot and demand money.

In two cases, the robbers forced residents into their apartments so they could steal more items. Police say none of the victims were harmed during the robberies.

The robberies happened at the following places and times according to the Fort Wayne Police department:

-January 7, 2013, 10:58 pm - 5127 Stonehedge Blvd, Canterbury Apartments
-January 8, 2013, 12:00 am - 2026 Ardmore Ave., Wildwood Apartments
-January 8, 2013, 9:18 pm - 5415 N. Clinton St., Gardenview Apartments
-January 8, 2013, 9:34 pm - 5415 N. Clinton St., Gardenview Apartments
-January 8, 2013, 8:24 pm - 6416 Covington Rd., Colony Bay Apartments
-January 8, 2013, 9:05 pm - 2122 Ardmore Ave., Wildwood Apartments
