"This is a pretty good neighborhood and you wouldn't expect something like this would happen around here in this part of town but it shows that things can happen anywhere," said a resident of the Royal Oaks addition.
Neighbors are in disbelief after discovering what Edward Chmiel was doing behind closed doors.
"At first I feared for my life when I found out what was going on there's kids that walk up and down this street everyday," said Morgan, a Royal Oaks resident.

"I saw men in grey suits bringing meth products in and out of the house," said Morgan.
Neighbors say they got suspicious when they started hearing loud explosions at all hours of the night.
"I have been troubled for many months over the summer when I heard loud booms at night trying to sleep. I thought maybe a bomb went off all kinds of things go through your mind when you are woken up with loud explosions," said a neighbor.
