The FBI and Fort Wayne Police have released what they say is a description of the man who murdered April Tinsley in 1988.

According to the FBI, the killer is a white, circumcised male in his 40s or 50s, lives on a low to middle income, and currently lives or works in the Northeast section of Fort Wayne.  Also, according to the FBI profile, the killer spends a lot of time in places where children are likely to be, especially young girls.  In 2004, the FBI says, the killer possibly owned or borrowed a forest green Pickup Truck with a matching camper shell and dark tinted windows.

The FBI says it has set up a dialup profile line to hear the full description of the killer.  That number is 260-439-8232.  To call in tips regarding this case, call 1-866-60APRIL.
