Bishop D’Arcy Statement

Fort Wayne’s Catholic Bishop condemns the killing of a Kansas abortion doctor. Doctor George Tiller was shot and killed on Sunday at the Church he attended in Wichita. In response to his murder, Bishop John D’Arcy release this statement today saying, "With all those who love and revere the gift of human life, I wish to express my horror and sadness at the terrible murder of a physician, Doctor George Tiller in Kansas while he was at church with his wife. Our reverence for human life and our belief in the dignity of every person calls us to reject this terrible act with all our hearts.”
