Summer Business Burglaries

The number of business burglaries in Fort Wayne has jumped this summer by 54 percent. Police say, in the tough economy, more people resort to stealing.

If you are a business owner and would like to become more burglar-proof, give Officer Todd Battershell a call at 260-427-1207. Officer Battershell is a Crime Prevention Specialist at Fort Wayne Police Department. He can visit your business and make recommendations on how to deter potential burglars.
