Cash for Clunkers Will Continue

The “Cash for Clunkers” program looked like it might run out of gas. Some reports suggested it had been suspended. But those proved to be premature.
Despite earlier concerns about money running out, it will continue for the time being. The House approved a bill Friday that would give the program another $2 billion. The Senate is expected to look at the issue next week.
