National Award Winning Singer Returns Home

Tasha DeNAE, the winner of BETs All-Star Competition on 106 & Park, is back home in Ft. Wayne. DeNAE won the competition last Monday night. DeNAE is a 2002 graduate of Southside High School. Her brother, Dominique, who currently attends Southside accompanied DeNAE to New York to perform. Top prize was five- thousand dollars and the "All-Star" trophy. DeNAE says record companies have approached her since her win and she is "shopping around for the best deal." DeNAE will be performing at Pierres on September 5th with Lyfe Jennings at 9 pm. Tickets cost $23-$27 and are available at Ticketmaster.com.
