Possible Post Office Closings

   The U.S. Postal Service is considering closing two offices in Fort Wayne.
   Waynedale and Diplomat Plaza Stations are among more than 400 offices across the country on the potential chopping block.

   Spokeswoman Kim Yates said the Postal Service is facing a $7 billion deficit for 2009. Closing locations would help save money and be more efficient, said Yates.

   But some people worry closing the post offices would hurt parts of the community.
