Five-thousand people will run or walk in Fort-4-Fitness this weekend, including 1,700 first-time participants. This is also the first time the event will be at Parkview Field. Today participants picked up registration packets. There was also a free health fair. About 300 kids participated in a Kid Marathon which ended as kids crossed home plate on the field. Admission to Fort-4-Fitness is free for anyone who wishes to cheer on runners.
