Hayhurst Says Stutzman Not Conservative Enough

But the Democrat running for Congress does have a problem with his opponent taking part. Hayhurst says Republican Marlin Stutzman is not a real conservative.
I'm trying very vigorously to point out the difference between what he says and does, said Hayhurst.
Hayhurst points to a 2009 vote when the Indiana State Legislature raised unemployment insurance rates.
My opponent did vote for the largest business tax increase in the last couple of decades at least, said Hayhurst.
But Stutzman says Hayhurst is distorting the facts.
Dr. Hayhurst is twisting information and is really following Nancy Pelosi's lead out of
Stutzman says the state didn't have enough money coming in, and that it had to increase unemployment insurance rates. Otherwise, he says, the federal government would have taken over.
Stutzman also says it was not a tax.
He's twisting the truth for political points, and he's not telling the entire story, said Stutzman.
Stutzman says he looks forward to Saturday's rally with Beck.
