“It's a challenge like any parent because, I mean, the children coming into your home have been raised different, and you never know their history,” said foster parent Stephen Ratcliff, who lives at Kryder Home while he and his wife take care of two foster children. “But it's a tremendous blessing to watch them experience opportunities.”
