Stars of two FOX hits will show off their talents in Fort Wayne this weekend.

The Philharmonic's 'Ballroom With A Twist' is a combination of popular song and dance.

The entertainment will showcase "American idol" finalists and performers from 'So You Think You Can Dance'.

David, Lakisha, Von-you've seen them hit the high notes on American Idol.

Randi and Ade-they strutted their stuff on 'So You Think You Can Dance'.

They've taking over FOX, but this weekend they'll take over the Embassy Theatre. FOX Fort Wayne was at rehearsal with the gang to get a behind the scenes look.

"I think idol has sort of catapulted me in a way that would have been much difficult had I not done the show” says David Hernandez, who  made it to the Top 12 on American Idol, Season 7. You might recall his R&B flare and Stevie Wonder vibe.

Lakisha Jones was the Gospel gal from Season 6.  “I just kept singing and singing. Now you can't shut me up” says Jones.

After Idol, Jones went on the star in the Broadway production of 'The Color Purple.'

“The show is the hardest show to do” says Von Smith from Season 8. He was and still is the man with many hats.

Ade Obayomi was a Season 5 'So You Think You Can Dance' contestant.

"I was just having fun, hanging out with my friends doing flips. I never thought it would become a career” says Obayomi

His skills were so impressive, he was brought back as an All-Star this year.

"I can't believe they chose me. I don't know why but they did” he says.

Randi Lynn Evans was also a star of Season 5.

“Having a goal and achieving it…there's nothing like that feeling” says Evans.

Evans and the rest may be pros, but they all still get stage fright.

"If I’m not getting butterflies then chances are I probably will do really badly” says Hernandez.

'Ballroom With A Twist' will take place tomorrow and Saturday. It's at the Embassy Theatre downtown. Shows start at 8pm. Tickets can still be purchased for $25
