Credit Counseling Trends

Fewer people facing financial problems are reaching out for help in Fort Wayne. Consumer Credit Counseling Services is a non-profit group who provides counseling services to those facing money problems. It has seen a 26% decline in the number of clients coming through its doors asking for help with financial issues this year.
CCC says many people are embarrassed to ask for help or look for easier forms of counseling that do not involve face-to-face sessions with a counselor.
