Motorcyclists from across North America are invited to help save lives. Wing Ding 34 in Fort Wayne will be hosting a blood drive as part of this year's celebration. Riders will take time from their event to help the community by giving the gift of life to those in need.

The 2012 Ride for the Red Wing Ding Blood Drive will take place at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum on Thursday, July 5, and Friday, July 6, from 9 am until 6 pm.

All presenting donors will receive a commemorative Red Cross bandana as well as a special patriotic lapel pin. Donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-RED CROSS or going to redcrossblood.org and entering sponsor code "WingDing."
