19-year-old Davion Brown is sitting behind bars at the Allen County Jail tonight.  Police say he robbed the  Chase Bank in the 6200 block of Stellhorn in the Northwood Plaza around 9 this morning.

Fort Wayne Police Department Spokesperson Raquel Foster says "He approaches the teller counter, brandished a weapon, immediately upon entering the bank, orders everybody to the floor, approaches the teller counter and demands cash."

The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police say Brown robbed the bank with a BB gun.  The suspect did not hop into his get-away car and flee the scene, instead he came her, to Target.  Police say that may have been his biggest mistake.  A quick-thinking Target employee, cracked the case.

Officials say it only took about 15 minutes to make an arrest from the time the bank robbery was called in.  Foster says "One of the target employees reports to the officers on the scene, 'there's a subject inside the store, he's behaving suspiciously, he might be the subject you're looking for."

Police surrounded store.  An off-duty police officer, an IPFW police officer, and an Indiana State Trooper went searching for the suspect inside the store.  The started evacuating customers who did not match the suspect description witnesses had given.

Foster says "He had a band-aid on his face or some type of bandage and that's exactly how the apprehending officers encountered him."

No one was hurt, the stolen money was recovered.
