THERE HASN'T BEEN AN FW AIR SHOW SINCE 1999. THIS WEEKEND, IT'S MAKING A COMEBACK. THIS SHOW HAS COUNTRY MUSIC, A 5K AND 10K, AND ACTIVITIES FOR THOSE WITH AUTISM.

SPECTATORS CAN WITNESS A PYROTECHNICS SHOW, CHOREOGRAPHED AEROBATICS BY VETERAN PILOTS AND AN F-22 RAPTOR FINALE. ON SUNDAY MORNING THE BASE IS GOING TO SHUT OFF THE JET ENGINES AND PAUSE RE-FUELING TO WELCOME CHILDREN WITH SENSORY OVERLOAD ISSUES.

THEY SAY 50,000 PEOPLE MAY CAUSE A BIT OF A TRAFFIC PROBLEM SO CARS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE AIR BASE. ORGANIZERS SAY DON'T LET THAT DISCOURAGE YOU. SHUTTLES WILL BE PROVIDED FROM TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.
