County Police Investigate Fmr. Luer's Coach

Allen County Sheriff Ken Fries says his department is investigating a large number of videos taken by former Bishop Luers Football Coach Matt Lindsay
Wednesday night, the Fort Wayne/South Bend Catholic Diocese announced that it fired the longtime coach after finding inappropriate videos of students on his computer.
The Sheriff's department says the videos they have seen so far are, indeed, inappropriate, but do not constitute a crime because the subjects were in a public space and had no reasonable expectation of privacy.
The Sheriff's department says it will continue to investigate into next week, and only then will we know if Coach Lindsay will be facing charges. The Diocese refused further comment on Thursday.
