Skittles The Cat Goes Home

After several weeks on the loose--Skittles was found and is getting ready to reunite with her family after an extended stay in Indiana.
A bird flying aimlessly was too good for Skittles the cat to resist as shesnuck out of her owners RV during a camping trip to

"After being lost in the woods for 6 weeks and her being 15 years old to have survived is astronomical that she survived that," said Moss.
Skittles has spent the last two weeks getting healthy before reuniting with her owner in
"She was dehydrated and she had some flees and ticks she's also had a urinary tract infection," said Moss.
"I'd see her on the cam and just start to cry--it's tears of just disbelief that she's there and safe," said Brenda Hershey, Skittles' owner.
