Doctor William Hedrick agreed to a temporary suspension of his medical license. The state Attorney General accuses Hedrick of over-prescribing pain medication at his Fort Wayne Centers for Pain Relief.
At Thursday's hearing in Indianapolis, Hendrick's lawyers agreed to temporarily suspend his medical license until January 24th.
"While we deny the allegations, we take them very seriously," said Linda Jackson in a statement to WFFT on Thursday. "We have already started working cooperatively with the Attorney Genera's office to resolve their concerns."
