Gas Under $3

Drivers have some temporary relief from pain at the pump. Regular unleaded has dropped under three-bucks at some stations across town.
At the McMillen Express on the city's Southeast side, motorists scramble to get gas while the getting is good. People have been running into the gas station all day to take advantage of the cheapest gas in town. It's $2.97.

Petroleum Analyst Patrick Deehan says "It is cold outside which generally means people are driving less in most parts of the country. The drop in demand means lower gas prices. "
