WFFT met with a local self-defense instructor to learn what you should and shouldn't do if a robber confronts you. Take a look.

**NOTE: what you see are tips and moves to use on someone who is unarmed. Generally if they are armed, the self-defense experts WFFT spoke with say to simply give up your purse, wallet or other tangible items. But, if you think your life is in danger, then simply put, fight for your life**
