Person of Interest in Custody after Warsaw Death

Warsaw Police are investigating the death of 56-year-old Randall Jones Thursday night.
Frankie Lee Pope, 40, of Warsaw, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail early Friday in connection with the death.
Pope was preliminarily charged with residential entry in connection with the death of Jones. Jones was found on the steps of a vacant duplex at 228 N. Fort Wayne Ave.
A neighbor called police at 7:34 p.m. Jones was pronounced dead at an area hospital. An autopsy was scheduled for today to determine the exact cause of death
