Two people are injured from gunshot wounds tonight in Fort Wayne's southeast side.

It happened just after six inside the Eden Green Apartment complex on Eden Street.

Police responded just after six to a first floor apartment inside building 8A.

They say a male wearing a dark hoodie shot two adult males.

One is in critical condition, the other fair, and have both been taken local hospitals.

Police say they don't know what happened inside the apartment, but they are talking with two witnesses of the shooting.

Little is known about the suspect, or how he got away, but expect more details soon.

"Hopefully they can give a name. I don't know if they know that information or not. A better physical description. Hopefully there will be a trace evidence that lead to a possible identification of the suspect. As I said, one of the victims was in fair condition, hopefully  he can give a statement when he's able to," says Fort Wayne Police spokesperson Jeremy Webb.

We don't know where the victims were shot or the severity of their injuries.

We'll bring you more details as them become available.
