The Fort Wayne Habitat for Humanity and Keller Development Inc. plan to build seperate residential projects on the northwest and southwest side of town.

Both companies submitted plans for the developments Wednesday to meet the Allen County Department of Planning Services' deadline.

Habitat of humanity is planning a 120-home subdivision named Fuller's Landing on the northwest side of town. The development will be built on W. Cook Rd. near Huguenard Rd.

The $10 million neighborhood will offer homes starting at $105,000 for a three-bedroom spanning 1,100 square feet.

There is an income limit for this development. A family of four can earn no more than $37,100 annually to qualify for a home at Fuller's Landing.

Constuction for this development could begin as soon as this summer, with the first residents moving in by the end of 2013.

Keller Development Inc. Plans to invest $3 million in a 30-unit duplex near S. Hanna St. Near Tillman Rd. These residencies would include two bedrooms and a one-car garage.

Units would average 1,000 square feet and start at $699 per month. Keller already has a 200-person waiting list for the new property.

The duplex called Kayla Court will have no income limit.
